Micro-Chipped Magnetic Motor with Magnetic Guards: The X-Ergo is equipped with a turbocharged, microchipped motor. Operating at lightening speed the X-Ergo runs at 10,000 strokes per minute, fine tuned for maximum power.
Magnetic Guards & Bracket Options: A complete set of 8 professional double neodymium magnetic guards are included. Designed and engineered to prevent clipper blade teeth from rubbing and an advanced hair channel system on outer teeth for improved feeding of hair to the blade. Magnets are securely fastened to the guards and will not fall off. The double magnet system ensures your guards will stay in place during your haircut. Also included is a special stretch bracket designed to be used with the floating (non-click) lever. Use this bracket to extend your taper to a full #1!

Processing Time:
Orders typically take 3–5 business days to process. This timeframe may extend during holidays, new product releases, or orders containing preorders, backorders, or unforeseen delays. As a small business, occasional delays may occur, but rest assured, our team works hard to minimize these disruptions.
Shipping Time:
After processing, your order will be handed to USPS, UPS, or DHL the same day. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
Expedited Shipping:
We prioritize expedited orders and strive to process them as quickly as possible. Expedited orders are processed within 72 hours, which is faster than our standard processing time. Once processed, we use a faster shipping label to ensure quick delivery.
If we exceed the 48-hour processing window, we apologize for the delay and can offer a refund for the expedited shipping cost.

Large Items:
Large items, such as barber chairs, mats, and station equipment, are shipped via freight. You will receive a separate email with tracking information for these items. Please note that these items do not follow the standard shipping and processing timelines.
Sales Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to high order volumes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Unauthorized returns will incur a restocking fee. Once orders are packed, they cannot be canceled. Cancellations are subject to a 45% fee. Orders not yet packaged may qualify for a refund or cancellation via store credit. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
Drop Shipping:
Some items may ship separately directly from our brand partners via drop shipping, resulting in multiple packages and tracking numbers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products and quicker fulfillment times.

Pre-orders
Definition:
Preorder items are products that are out of stock or soon to be available. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled once the product is in stock.
Shipping for Preorders:
Orders with both in-stock and preorder items will ship together when the preorder item is ready.
To receive in-stock items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellations for Preorders:
Preorders can be canceled for store credit anytime before packing.
Once tracking is updated from "label created," cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return for a partial refund.

Important Note:
Please ignore any "In-stock Ready to Ship" messaging on preorder items. These products will not ship until they become available. A tracking number will be provided once shipment is made.

Default Insurance:
